Things to Consider

Once you’ve purchased your subscription, be prepared to make us work! We are ready to fill every last minute of the time you’ve purchased.

We track time in 15-minute increments. At the end of each month, you will be sent a report detailing the work we’ve completed. Packages do not include stock photography purchase or printing costs.

Hours do not carry over from one month to the next. Your subscription will automatically renew each month. Cancel anytime.

General Questions

Will my hours roll over from month to month?
In order to be able to provide this valuable service we do not carry hours from one month to the next. Hours must be used within the month they were purchased.

How will the creative work be displayed for review and approvals?
We use an online service that will allow you to collaborate with us and provide feedback, in context.

Once I have subscribed, how will I let you know what I want?
To request work, you’ll fill out a quick creative brief detailing your requirements for the project. If necessary, we may ask you a few quick questions for clarification. The more we work with you, the less we will need to do this. We are part of your team. Email us, jump into a Google Hangout, or just go old-fashioned and pick up the phone. We’ll work with you to make communication as seamless as possible.

How will I know how many hours a project will take?
Once you have filled out the creative brief, we will provide a time estimate on each project and advise you on the balance left in your account.

For example:
A small update to an existing print ad would be approx. 15-30 minutes.
Creating a Facebook cover photo would be approx. 30 minutes.

Can you deliver “the next big thing” for my company marketing campaign?
We can but we don’t recommend using our subscription service to accomplish the next big creative thing or viral sensation. Please see our recommended services list. We can put together a package that specifically suits your day-to-day and year-round marketing needs.

Can I speak to “real” person?
Yes, of course. As real people, we like speaking to real people too! We are available Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Please note that a refund will not be offered for unused time if you cancel before the end of the month you subscribed for.
